Overview
This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed directly through the Partners in Prime website. Orders purchased from third-party retailers must be fulfilled by the original retailer.
Shipping Methods
Partners in Prime works with a range of delivery partners. To provide the best possible service, we reserve the right to select the most suitable carrier for your order based on delivery location and order size.
Estimated delivery times are typically 7–10 business days within Australia.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, peak shopping periods, or carrier delays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Shipping Exclusions
We do not currently deliver to the following locations:
- Christmas Island
- Norfolk Island
- Postcodes 0880 and 0881 (Northern Territory)
- Postcode 4875 (Queensland)
- Remote or offshore locations not on the Australian mainland
At this time, Partners in Prime does not ship internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, selected products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order items are clearly identified on the product page with an estimated dispatch timeframe.
If your order contains a pre-order item:

The entire order will be dispatched once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery timeframes (7–10 business days) apply from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.

Dispatch dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to supplier or freight timelines.
If you require in-stock items sooner, please reach out to us quoting your order number.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control. Partners in Prime is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or peak demand periods.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Partners in Prime is not responsible for delivery delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@partnersinprime.com.au so we can investigate with the carrier.
