Cancellation policy

Orders (In-Stock Items)

When you purchase an in-stock product, your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled.

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock availability or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order product, you are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock and is expected to become available at a future date.

Full payment is taken at the time of purchase.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time prior to dispatch by contacting us with your order number. Once the order has been dispatched, our standard Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

If dispatch is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, you may request a refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
