This website is operated by Partners in Prime. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Partners in Prime. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms referenced herein or available via hyperlink.

SECTION 6 – PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis. Pre-order products will be clearly identified on the product page with an estimated dispatch timeframe.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Full payment is taken at the time the order is placed.
- Estimated dispatch dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
- Dispatch timeframes may change due to supplier, manufacturing, freight or other factors outside our control.
- Delivery timeframes provided in our Shipping Policy apply from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
If a material delay occurs, we will provide updates and may offer a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 7 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we notify you that your order has been accepted and is being prepared for dispatch.
You agree to provide accurate and current account and payment information for all purchases.
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and at your own risk. New tools or features added in future are also subject to these Terms.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or transactions.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings.
- We are not responsible for delays, failure to supply, or changes to dispatch timeframes caused by events outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, freight disruption or force majeure events.
Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our liability is limited, at our option, to the replacement of the goods, repair of the goods, or refund of the purchase price.
SECTION 15 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Partners in Prime and its affiliates from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.
SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be severed without affecting remaining provisions.
SECTION 17 – TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms.
SECTION 18 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Partners in Prime.
SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
SECTION 20 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
SECTION 21 – EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, freight disruption, supplier failure, government action, or telecommunications failure.

- Points, rewards, benefits, or status earned in any global CYBEX loyalty program are not transferable to Club CYBEX AU; and
- Points, rewards, or benefits earned in Club CYBEX AU are not transferable to any global CYBEX loyalty program or any third-party loyalty program.

- To enter, participants must scan the QR code and complete the entry form during the PBC Baby Expo promotion period.
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
- One entry per person.
- The winner will receive one CYBEX Libelle Stroller with an RRP of AUD $549. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The winner will be selected at random and contacted via email within 7 days of the expo ending.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

SECTION 26 – EOFY SALE 2026 PROMOTIONAL TERMS
These End of Financial Year (“EOFY”) Sale 2026 terms apply to all promotional offers run by Partners in Prime during the EOFY 2026 promotional period.
26.1 EOFY 2026 Promotional Period
The EOFY 2026 sale runs for a limited time only, as specified on the website and/or promotional communications. We reserve the right to extend or shorten the promotional period at any time without notice.
26.2 Discount Offers (Up to 40% Off)
Selected products are eligible for discounts of up to 40% off during the EOFY 2026 promotion. Discounts vary by product and are applied as marked on the website. Not all products are included in the promotion.
26.3 Gifts With Purchase (GWP)
During the EOFY 2026 promotion, selected products may include a free gift with purchase (“GWP”).
Unless otherwise stated:
- GWPs are available only with eligible products during the promotional period
- GWPs are automatically applied where applicable
- GWPs are strictly limited and available whilst stocks last
- Only one GWP is issued per qualifying order
- GWPs cannot be exchanged, substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash or store credit
- If a qualifying order is returned and no longer meets the promotional conditions, the GWP must also be returned unused and in original condition, or its retail value may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law
26.4 Availability – Whilst Stocks Last
All EOFY 2026 promotional offers, including discounts and GWPs, are strictly available whilst stocks last. Availability is not guaranteed for the full promotional period.
26.5 Exclusions & Limitations
EOFY 2026 promotions may exclude certain products, categories, pre-orders, bundles, accessories, or other items as specified on the website or promotional material. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
26.6 No Combination of Offers
Unless explicitly stated, EOFY 2026 promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, loyalty rewards, or offers.
26.7 Errors & Mispricing
We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order where pricing, discounting, or promotional offers have been applied incorrectly due to system error, human error, or technical malfunction.
